A workspace people actually use.
Most Microsoft 365 estates grow by accident, a site here, a Team there, until nobody can find anything and security has no idea what is shared with whom.
We design the structure first: information architecture, permission model, retention and lifecycle. Then we build the intranet and document portals on top of it, so growth stays organized instead of sprawling.
Where the estate is already sprawling, we clean it up: audit what exists, consolidate, and put governance in place before adding anything new.
Typical engagements
- Corporate intranet design and build
- File share and on-prem farm migration
- Document management and records governance
- Tenant security and compliance review
- Teams and Viva rollout
What we deliver.
Intranet design and build
Modern SharePoint sites with navigation, search and content that match how people actually work.
Document management
Libraries, metadata, versioning and retention set up so documents are findable and defensible.
Migration
Moving from file shares, on-prem farms or another tenant, with permissions and history preserved.
Teams and Viva
Team provisioning standards, lifecycle policies and employee experience rollout.
Copilot readiness
Permission and content hygiene work so Microsoft 365 Copilot surfaces the right things, not everything.
Tenant governance
Sharing policies, sensitivity labels, DLP and an administration model that survives staff changes.
Tools we work in.
Chosen for your constraints and your team’s skills, not our habits.
Three ways to start.
Tenant assessment
A review of structure, permissions, sharing and governance with a remediation plan.
Intranet or migration
Design and delivery of a defined intranet, portal or migration wave.
Ongoing administration
Day-to-day tenant administration, provisioning and user support.
Common questions.
Can you migrate from file shares without losing permissions?
Yes. Permissions, version history and metadata are mapped during migration, though we usually recommend simplifying an inherited permission structure rather than replicating years of ad-hoc access.
Is our tenant ready for Copilot?
Most are not, and the reason is oversharing, Copilot surfaces anything a user technically has access to. The readiness work is auditing and tightening permissions before switching it on.
Do we need SharePoint if we have Teams?
Teams stores its files in SharePoint, so you already have it. The question is whether that storage is structured deliberately or accumulating by default.
