One version of the numbers.
The usual problem is not a missing dashboard. It is three dashboards that disagree, because each one rebuilt the same business logic slightly differently.
We fix that at the layer underneath: certified datasets and a semantic model where each measure is defined once, tested, and reused everywhere. Reports then become quick to build and safe to trust.
We also cut what nobody reads. Most reporting estates carry years of abandoned reports that cost refresh time and confuse new staff.
Typical engagements
- Executive dashboard suite
- Power BI tenant and workspace governance
- Semantic model and certified datasets
- Report rationalization and cleanup
- Self-service enablement for business teams
What we deliver.
Executive dashboards
A small number of well-designed views answering the questions leadership actually asks.
Operational reporting
Near real-time views for the teams running daily operations, built for speed at the row level.
Semantic models
Shared measure definitions so every report agrees on what revenue means.
Embedded analytics
Reporting delivered inside your own application, with row-level security per customer.
Report rationalization
An audit of what exists, what is used, and what should be retired or merged.
Enablement and training
Getting your analysts productive in the model rather than dependent on us.
Tools we work in.
Chosen for your constraints and your team’s skills, not our habits.
Three ways to start.
Reporting assessment
A review of your current reports, models and refresh costs with a prioritized plan.
Dashboard delivery
Design and build of a defined set of dashboards on a governed data model.
Analytics support
Ongoing report development, model maintenance and user support.
Common questions.
Power BI or Tableau?
If you are on Microsoft 365 and Azure, Power BI is usually the lower-friction and lower-cost choice. Tableau earns its place where visual exploration matters more than tight Microsoft integration. We work in both and will not push you toward whichever we prefer.
Our data is in a dozen systems. Is reporting even possible?
Yes, but the honest answer is that it will be fragile until the data layer is addressed. We will tell you which reports are safe to build now and what needs pipeline work first.
Can you make our existing reports faster?
Usually. Most slow reports are caused by model design, query patterns or refresh scheduling rather than the volume of data, and those are fixable without a rebuild.
